New enactment of legislations in the Seychelles

New legislations was enacted by the Seychelles Government on the 6^th August 2021:

1. International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021
2. Foundations (Amendment) Act, 2021

The new obligations relating to the keeping of accounting records.
